FIRST ADVANTAGE SHOWCASES NEW HMS FEATURES AT SOFTWORLD
LONDON, Feb. 2, 2007 – The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV) today announced that it will showcase the latest enhancements to its award-winning hiring management system, First Advantage HMS, in Stand 19 at the Softworld HR and Payroll exhibition in Hammersmith, London on Feb. 21–22, 2007.
“We will continue to introduce features that deliver benefits that customers want,” said Russell Crisp, executive director - HMS UK unit of First Advantage. “Security, for example, is the hot topic of the moment, and customers are asking for employment screening and security background checking. They want to be able to conduct automated background checking at varying levels through the HMS solution, and then append results automatically to candidate records within HMS.”
First Advantage also will announce its strategic partnership with Broadbean Technology, the UK’s leading provider of multiple job posting and applicant/source tracking solutions, which will enable users to post vacancies onto job boards directly from within First Advantage HMS. With more than 500 U.K. based job boards, setting up feeds to job boards is a time-consuming and costly exercise. Partnering with Broadbean Technology will deliver wide job board coverage and a proven track record for customer service to First Advantage HMS customers.
In addition, visitors to the Softworld booth will be able to see demonstrations of how the First Advantage HMS solution supports hiring management across an organization, including international capabilities such as 13 standard language translations and complete localization of the data scheme.
“With flexibility to adapt to customer-specific needs, First Advantage HMS is ideal for large multinational organizations,” said Crisp. “The power of latest-generation hiring management is combined with knowledge gained from working within the local hiring process, delivering a uniquely powerful and insightful solution.”
First Advantage HMS utilises .NET technology, which allows the system to tailor the recruitment process to each specific user’s needs, including the use of complementary service offerings, seamless HRIS integration and advanced workflow support.
First Advantage HMS is a recipient of the HR Systems Excellence Award from the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) for Innovative and Creative Development of Human Resource Technology, and has been consistently ranked as a leading solution by independent sources.
